Prior to all first meetings we offer prospective clients the opportunity to have a complimentary 10-15 minute call in order to discuss how we could help you move forward and to ensure we're suitably trained in the areas you need . All calls remain strictly confidential.

Sessions can be paid for by cash or credit/ debit card. All major credit cards accepted, including Amex. We do not accept BACS transfers or cheques.

Alternatively we do accept Private Medical Insurance from Aviva, Bupa or Vitality. Please let us know on your initial contact form if you wish to pay via Insurance. We will then verify with your insurer the number of sessions offered and any excess that will need to be paid through your policy number or preauthorisation code. Carole, Dawn, Lisa and Karen accept Aviva & Vitality insurance, Lauren accepts Aviva, Vitality & BUPA and our trainee therapists are not eligible for sessions to be covered by private medical insurance.

Session cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to the full cost of the session. Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will be rearranged for a more preferable time with no additional charge.
